Raw Material Storage

 

 

1. The material tanks are the places which store the raw materials and the ready materials for delivery.
2. First grading sieve picks out the smaller and bigger size ones from the material to control the general size of the product.
3. Wind-gravity technology is used to remove the dusts and dirts maybe mixed in raw materials.
4. Gravity machine picks out empty or half empty materials to make sure a better plumpness.
5. Color sorting machine with the high definition camera and laser sensors could pick out all impurities and decolorizing materials.
6. Second grading sieve is the last examnation of the material quality, it sieves again to get a size which customers request.
7. Elevating machine delivers qualified material to the material tanks for packing.
8. The packaging scale is fully automatic for quantitative packaging.
